General Terms
By purchasing treatments, packages, products or gift cards from Edn Skin & Spa, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Cancellations & Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided for changes in personal circumstances, relocation, change of mind, unused treatments or failure to complete a package within its validity period.
2. Prepaid Treatments & Packages
- All prepaid treatments and packages are valid for 24 months (activates from the date of first redemption).
- Packages are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Packages cannot be transferred to another individual.
- Treatment areas cannot be exchanged, substituted or transferred to other areas.
- Once purchased, packages cannot be modified, downgraded or exchanged for alternative packages.
- Unused or expired sessions have no cash redemption value.
- Clients are responsible for scheduling their appointments sufficiently in advance to complete all sessions within the validity period.
- Package discounts apply exclusively to the treatments and quantities originally purchased.
3. Full Body & Customized Laser Hair Removal Packages
Full Body and Customized Laser Hair Removal Packages are purchased and administered as complete treatment sessions.
All treatment areas included in the package must be booked and treated together at each scheduled session. Clients cannot divide package sessions across multiple appointments or carry forward individual treatment areas to a later date.
Where a client chooses to omit, postpone or decline treatment of any included area, the corresponding session for that area will be forfeited and deducted from their remaining package balance.
This applies regardless of whether the other treatment areas are completed during the appointment.
Any requested modifications must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance and remain subject to the package terms. Medical contraindications will be assessed separately.
4. Treatment Suitability & Results
All treatments are subject to consultation, medical suitability and professional assessment.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their medical history, medications, skin conditions, sun exposure and any other factors that may affect treatment safety.
Edn Skin & Spa reserves the right to postpone, modify or decline treatment where it is considered unsafe or unsuitable.
Where a client becomes medically unsuitable to continue their purchased treatment, the remaining package value may be transferred towards an alternative suitable service, subject to management approval and the provision of appropriate supporting medical documentation confirming their inability to continue the original treatment.
Treatment outcomes vary between individuals, and no specific results or number of sessions can be guaranteed.
5. Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows
All appointments are subject to our separate Booking, Re-Scheduling & Cancellation Policy.
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a fee.
Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to a charge of $25 per 30 minutes of reserved appointment time.
6. Client Conduct & Policy Enforcement
All clients are expected to communicate with our team respectfully and professionally.
Our cancellation and no-show policies are applied consistently and will not be waived in response to threats, intimidation or attempts to pressure staff into making exceptions.
Edn Skin & Spa reserves the right to refuse future bookings or discontinue services in cases of abusive, threatening or harassing conduct. Any outstanding prepaid treatment balances will be handled in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
7. Product Purchases & Returns
All skincare and retail product purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Defective, damaged or incorrect products should be reported within 7 days of purchase or delivery, together with proof of purchase and supporting photographs where applicable.
Products may be required to be returned for inspection. Clients must allow Edn Skin & Spa a reasonable period to investigate any reported concerns, including referring the matter to the manufacturer for assessment, guidance and a recommended resolution.
Where a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged or supplied incorrectly, Edn Skin & Spa will determine the appropriate resolution, taking into consideration the manufacturer's findings and recommendations, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund.
Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, personal preference or dissatisfaction with results.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Gift Cards & Vouchers
Purchased gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards are subject to applicable Michigan and federal gift card regulations.
Promotional or complimentary vouchers may carry additional restrictions, including eligibility requirements, redemption periods and treatment limitations.
9. Promotions & Special Offers
Promotional offers are subject to their advertised terms, eligibility requirements and availability.
Offers cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases or combined with other discounts unless expressly stated.
Edn Skin & Spa reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotional offers prospectively.
10. Legacy Treatment Packages
Treatment packages purchased under previous ownership or management are subject to separate Terms & Conditions, which are communicated directly to affected clients.
11. General Conditions
Edn Skin & Spa reserves the right to refuse, postpone or discontinue services where necessary for client or staff safety, subject to applicable law.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be published on our website and will apply prospectively, subject to existing contractual rights.
